I think you should have a look at your tags again. I always suspect "story rich visual novels" to be kinetic novels. From your description this sounds more like a point & click game with a bit of sandbox and dating sim.
You can have 1 main genre and 10 tags/genres. And from description it does not sound like main genre visual novel. But the genre choices on Itch are limited. I would consider things like horror, hidden objects and point & click to be genres, but they are mere tags on Itch.
Did not try it yet. But you have a screenshot with a questlog. Visual novels usually do not have quests. Rpgs have quests. (Dating) sims have a calendar. Hidden object games have ... hidden objects. And if there is a challenge, this might even be a puzzle game of the point & click type.

But I also plan on doing some polls in the future for special scenes that people would like to see in the game. If the demand is there, then preg is definetly an option.

Pregnancy in particular is a rather unwieldy fetish because of the ingame time it would take. It also breaks immersion for casual care free sex. In a world where women get pregnant, those women also use condoms and have to prepare for anal sex.
Don't worry :) I have a clear vision for this project. Any additional things (like the fetis stuff) will anyway be part of either special events or small side chars in the game. Thanks for the input.

Thanks for pointing that out. Tbh I didn't spend much time on deciding which tags too choose when I made the page. Gonna get to it now.
